So terrible
How we go around
In our own mind
Because of what we have
Thinking we are fine
But our neighbor
Who is lacking much
We won’t even try
To give them a touch
So terrible
God has blessed many
Even in today
With such wealth and
So much to say
But won’t lift a hand
To help anyone
But remain selfish
Thinking it is fun
And so terrible
How we claim Christ
In our lives today
Yet in our lives
Show another way
The heart of Christ
Is about people
Always showing love
So others know
Deception
Is a powerful tool
That the enemy uses
To get so many
Doing what they want to
I say to you today
No matter who you be
Christ is the only
Reason you are free
It is him
Who is calling you
To be selfless today
That someone through you
Will come to know his way
So do turn around
And help someone else
To know this same Christ
Don’t keep him to yourself
